AgriFutur is a PEPR AgroEcoNum project which is a national research programme on Agroecology and Digital technology. Start date: Feb. 1st, 2025. Duration: 60 months. Consortium: 12 parners. It is coordinated by Pr. Ouiddad Labbani from XLIM laboratory, Limoges, France.
What we are doing?
At UPPA, we will design a large variety of sensing platforms that could be deployed to better qualify and quantify the impacts of agroecology practices. Taking the research & development outcomes of PRIMA INTEL-IRRIS, our activity in AgriFutur will extend the hardware platforms with larger variety of types of sensors, including challenging image sensor devices with embedded AI capabilities, while keeping the same objectives: open & versatile hardware, out-of-the-box deployment and full edge-mode capabilities.
